Maternal and Child Nutrition Consulting

I do not rush when it comes to children and mothers, because every family is different. My aim is not to impose a strict list on your child, but to build a routine the whole family can follow, one that supports your child's healthy growth.

An approach by age

The solid food stage in infancy does not have the same needs as a school age child. We follow a path suited to your child's age and development, in line with your pediatrician's advice.

Picky eating, without pressure

Forcing things at the table usually backfires. We try to help your child open up to new tastes and build a positive relationship with food, with patience and without pressure.

The mother matters too

A mother who is breastfeeding or has recently given birth needs to look after her own nutrition just as much. If you are coming from pregnancy, we can carry on from pregnancy nutrition. We can also meet online.

Frequently asked

My child is a very picky eater, what can I do?+

Picky eating is common in children and is usually solved with patience, not pressure. We work on approaches you can apply without forcing, based on your child's age and habits.

When should my baby start solid foods?+

The general advice is after a certain month, but every baby is different. We plan this together with your pediatrician's guidance, based on your baby's development.

Will you give my child a strict diet sheet?+

No. Rather than a strict list, we try to build a healthy routine the whole family can follow. The aim is to support your child's growth and healthy habits.
